Our Network Management Platform simplifies user and device management with an easy-to-use interface. Administrators can manage multiple ATEL device models, bulk onboard devices, update firmware, and perform remote actions like rebooting or resetting devices. The platform supports advanced configuration templates, WiFi settings (including guest networks), and remote access for comprehensive network control, all within a streamlined, three-level organizational structure.

Monitor device and network performance with real-time data on IMEI, firmware, WiFi, cellular signal, and IP information. View network APN and firmware details, even when devices are offline. Generate reports on telemetry data, track cellular signal strength, and receive alerts for device status changes such as low battery, Ethernet disconnection, or SIM switching. The platform offers detailed visibility into data consumption, device health, and connectivity, all through a centralized dashboard.

Control network performance with traffic throttling when thresholds are met, either reducing speeds or shutting down traffic. Run real-time speed tests to monitor throughput, manually select 4G/5G bands for optimal connectivity, and enable or disable power save mode to manage energy consumption efficiently.

Enhance network security with a robust firewall, password management templates, and WiFi protection via WPA2. Support VPN and IP passthrough for secure connections, and remotely manage settings like RJ45 and DNS. Control device, WiFi, and GUI info display on LCD screens, unbundle devices from ATRACS, and opt in/out of FOTA upgrades. Manage client access, with the ability to view, kick, or restore connected clients.
